VIDEO MESSAGE 

Q : What is the price of the video message?
A : Prices will vary as each star is free to set his/her own price.

Q : What happens if I don’t receive my video within seven days?
A : The stars will do their best to fulfill all the demands as quickly as possible. However, if you haven’t received your video within one week after filling in the form, you will be automatically credited 100% of the amount on the credit card used for the payment.

Q : Can I offer the video message?
A : Of course ! You will just have to fill out the form sent by email and write down all the wished information so the star could personalize your video message!

Q : Can the star decline the request?
A : If the star’s program is extremely busy or if he/she disagrees with the content of the message, the star can decline the requests and a 100% refund will apply.

Q : How am I going to receive the video?
A : You will have the choice between receiving your video directly on your WhatsApp and/or email.

Q : Am I allowed to share the video message on social media?
A : Yes, share it as your convenience on Instagram, facebook or other social message platforms as long as the video itself is not edited so it won’t be posted out of context. Don’t forget to tag #luxtennis 🙂

Same questions as the video message apply plus the below question:

Q : Can I ask any question to the star?

A : Your questions need to be tennis-related. If some of the questions are not appropriate, we will get back to you before submitting them to the star so you could prepare other questions in order to always have five questions answered.

VIDEO CALL 

Q : What is the price of the video call?
A : Prices will vary as each star is free to set his/her own price.

Q : Can I choose the day and time of the call?
A : We will do our best to arrange the call at your convenience. LUX Tennis will contact you directly and liaise with the star in order to find the perfect timing.

Q : What happens if the call is not arranged within one month?
A: The stars will do their best to offer the timing of your choice. However, they can have busy schedules, especially during tournaments. If the call is not arranged within one month from the day you have selected on the form, you could either decide to schedule it at a later day or ask for full reimbursement.

Q : How am I joining the call?
A: As soon as the timing will be confirmed by you and the star, LUX Tennis will send you a confirmation link with the video call details. Please join the waiting room 10 minutes before the call in order to start the call on time.

Q : Can I invite some friends to join the video call?
A : The call has to be one-on-one between you and the star. No other participants are allowed to discuss with the star.

Q : Can the star decline the request?
A : If the star’s program is extremely busy or doesn’t like the topic you would have written on the form, he/she can decline the video call request and you will be refunded.

Q : Are there any topics to avoid during the call?
A : If you ask any question with regard to online betting, ask about personal questions or disrespect the star during the video call, he/she can stop the call immediately and no refund will be applied.

Q : Can I record the video call conversation?
A : The video calls are personal, and you can’t record or take any screenshot in order to respect the star’s privacy.

Q : What happens if I’m late for the video call?
A: If you are not on time for the conversation and if the star is waiting for you, you would have the remaining minutes left for the video call.

Q : I’m changing my mind, can I be reimbursed?
A: As long as you haven’t confirmed the booking by accepting the invitation link, you can be reimbursed 50% of the total amount if you no longer want to discuss with the star. After confirmation, no refund will be possible.

Q : What happens if the star is late?
A : You will still be entitled to a 10-minute conversation with the star if he/she is late for the video call. However, if the star is more than 20 minutes late, you could either ask for a full refund or reschedule it for another day.

Q : What happens if the star doesn’t show up?
A : If the star doesn’t show up for the video call, you could either ask for a full refund or reschedule it for another day.

VIDEO MESSAGE FROM ANOTHER STAR

Q : Can I request a video message with any star in the world?
A : Yes, you can request any star. LUX Tennis will analyze each request and let you know if possible or not.

Q : Will I be reimbursed if the star declines the video message?
A : Of course, LUX Tennis will provide a full refund of the reservation fee on the credit card used for the payment if the star declines the video message.

Q : What happens if the fee required by the star is not in my budget?
A: During the form, you will select your budget for the video message. If the star’s fee for the service exceeds your maximum budget, you could ask for a full refund if you don’t want to go ahead.

Q : What happens if the fee required by the star is in my budget and I don’t want to continue?
A: If the star agrees with the service for a price within your budget, you still can cancel your request but the reservation fee will not be reimbursed.

Q : What happens if the fee required by the star is in my budget and I want to continue?
A: If the star agrees to a price within your budget, we will send you the invoice to pay for his fee and we will send you the video message within 15 days.

PLAY WITH A STAR

Q: When can I play with the star?
R: During the form, you will select your preferred month for the session. Then, we will contact you to know your availability slots during this month and eventually during other months.

Q: Will I be reimbursed if you cannot arrange a suitable timing for me?
R: Of course! LUX Tennis will reimburse the service fee directly on the same credit card used for the payment.

Q: What happens if the star accepts one of my availability slots?
R: If the star accepts one of your availability slots, we will send you the invoice to pay the star, then we will send you all the necessary details for your 1-hour tennis session.

Q: What happens in case of bad weather?
R: If the weather does not allows you to play with the star, we will find another available timing without any additional fee.

Q: What happens if the star accepts one of my availability slots and I don’t want to proceed?
R: If the star accepts one of your availability slots and you decline, the service fee will not be reimbursed so make sure you can play before sending us your availabilities!

Q: What happens if I have already pay the star fee and I finally cancel the session? 
R: If everything is already booked for your session and you finally cancel the session, we will have to pay the star so we won’t be able to reimburse the star fee.
